Problem: You're asked to display a "Tip" when you roll-over a entry in the Report Viewer.

I've seen this dozens of times including fixing this on the client I'm currently at...

So I've got a little down time and have been playing around in here - trying to remember how the whole thing works and how it was setup on my dev box (before it bit the dust).

Well, as my dad would say, "It's taken three forevers" to get this damn site working. I spent considerable time figuring out how to get the proper routing effect so that the request gets to the proper server.

Anyway, this is my first entry. I hope that I can keep up with it - keep it fresh...

We'll see how things go. Right now I've got to get to sleep. My flight to LAX leaves in a few short hours...
